Subject: Summer Vacation Homework and Submission Guidelines

Dear Parents,

To ensure academic continuity and foster the creative potential of our students during the summer vacation, the school has assigned Summer Vacation Homework.

Therefore, we humbly request all parents to kindly ensure adherence to the following guidelines:

1. Guidance and Support:
   Please encourage and guide your children to complete their homework regularly. Kindly ensure that the work is undertaken by the student personally, in their own handwriting.

2. Timely Completion:
   Homework and project work for all subjects must be prepared carefully and completed in full.

3. Mandatory Submission:
   All students are required to mandatorily submit their Summer Vacation Homework to their respective Class Teachers on the very first day the school reopens.

4. Academic Discipline:
   Incomplete or untidy homework will not be accepted. The students' work may also be included as a component of their internal assessment.

Your cooperation is vital in maintaining the students' academic progress and discipline.

Subject: Revised School Timing Due to Extreme Heatwave

Dear Parents/Guardians,

In view of the prevailing severe heatwave conditions and in the interest of students' health and safety, the school timings for Classes IX to XII have been revised with effect from 01/06/2026 until further notice.

The revised schedule is as follows:

Student Arrival Time: 07:40 A.M. to 07:50 A.M.

Last Entry Time: 07:55 A.M.

School Timing: 07:55 A.M. to 11:50 A.M.

Dispersal Time: 11:50 A.M.

Important Instructions:

1. Students must report to school on time and maintain regular attendance.

2. No student will be allowed to enter the school after 07:55 A.M.

3. Parents/guardians are requested to ensure the timely arrival and departure of their wards.

4. Students should carry sufficient drinking water and follow all safety precautions related to the heatwave.

5. Any further change in school timing will be communicated through an official notice only.

All students & parents are hereby informed that the school campus will remain closed from 2 February 2026 (Monday) to 13 February 2026 (Friday), as the school has been designated as an examination centre for the BSEB Intermediate Examination.

During this period, online classes will be conducted to ensure the continuity of academic activities. The online class routine and related instructions will be shared through the official WhatsApp groups. Students are advised to stay updated, regularly check the WhatsApp groups, and attend online classes sincerely.

The school will reopen on 14 February 2026 (Saturday) as per the regular schedule after the examination period.
